| Credit Card Information--We
accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. No purchase is charged to your
credit card until we ship the merchandise. Back-order items are not charged until they are
shipped. Like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information
and do not release it to any other organizations.
Preordering--Not release doesn't mean that you can't order it now from
our company. Note that if you include a preorder in a shopping session with us, we
will ship you the available titles right away once we get them.
Backordering-- In cases we don't have a specific title in stock and
can't promptly restock, the title will be marked backordered in your record and shipped to
you immediately upon availability. Note that if you're ordering a number of titles and one
is backordered you can elect to save shipping costs by having the whole order wait until
the unavailable title is ready to ship. We will inform customers by email if some titles
are backordered. Back Orders may take Two (2) to Four (4) weeks to delivery.
Order By Fax Or Mail--You have the option to print out the print out mail
order form, complete it and fax or mail us your order. Be sure to include your telephone
or fax number and/or your email address so that we may contact you if there are any

Return Policies - If you need to return product, you must do so within 7
days. To return a disc for an exchange or refund, merchandise must still be shrink-wrapped. If the title was found to be defective,
please indicate the problem with the returned disc and we will replace it with the same
title purchased. A 15%
restocking fee applied on all items returned. No refund on paid Handling and shipping
charges. All opened items or items with visible damages such as scratches are not
returnable and exchangeable.
Defective items are
exchange with the same title only. Please call us before sending defective
items for exchange.
We do not pay the return shipping costs for defective items because we are not the manufacture of the products we carry. Customers ship back the defective items. We will replace the defective items and reship the replacement at no charge. We believe it is fair to split the shipping costs with customers for return defective items.
International orders
- Some countries have strict custom laws against erotic products importing. Please check
your local custom laws before ordering, or you have to take your own risk of
losing your goods if your local custom laws against the erotic products. Five star Laser does not responsible for any erotic goods seize by your local
custom. For the reason above, unless request by
customer, we will ship erotic titles without cases and cover papers
Five star Laser reserves the rights to require
a faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card used for the purchase on
international as well as domestic orders.
Five star Laser is not
responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or
outside the United States. Shipping charges are not include any additional tariffs or
fees. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customers.
Five star Laser charges
applicable sales tax (CA=8.25%) to all items delivered to California addresses. We reserved the
rights, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item, on both an
order and time basis .
Five star Laser is not
responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography
or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via E-mail with the
corrected pricing information.
