What is VCD ?
VCD, which Stands for Video CD, is a new video format by placing
movies on a compact disc. VCD can hold up a whole movies in 2 discs with much higher
quality than VHS. VCDs are easy to carry and store and much durable than VHS. Importantly,
VCDs are compatible with most DVD players.

What is DVD ?
DVD, Which Stands for Digital Versatile Disc ( Or Digital Video Disc ), is a newest
Video technology. With its huge storage , DVD can hold up a movie in a single disc. With
Dual Layer format, DVD can hold more than 8G of data. It is the Video format of the
future.

How to play VCD
?
VCD can be play on both VCD players or computers with either hardware or
software MPEG enabled. The minimum requirements are depend on the hardware or software.
Most hardware required a least a 486 DX computer in order to run the VCD smooth while most
of software required a Pentium class CPU.

How to play DVD
DVD can be play on both DVD players or computers with a DVD
ROM. Most DVD are coded to a specific region or a specific player. e.g.: Region 1 DVDs can
not play on region 2 Players. Only Code free DVDs can play on any DVD players regardless
its region. Computer DVD ROMs are configurable to whichever region the user choose.

How to check
order's status :
Orders' status can be track By Log in to your account. Orders' Status is updated
periodically to get you most updated information regarding your order. By create
an on line account with us, customers can save their information such as
address, phone number and payment preference (except credit card information).
Orders' status can be one of the followings:
- Pending -- Order is not yet processed.
- Shipped -- Order is shipped.
- Partially shipped -- We shipped part of the
order and rest of the order will ship later.
- Back ordered -- Item ordered is out of stock.
We will ship the order when it becomes available.
- Waiting for credit -- We are waiting credit
card authorization.
- Cancelled -- Order has been cancelled.
- Money order required -- A money order is
required to complete the order
- Waiting check to clear -- We are waiting for the
check to be clear by our bank.
- Order returned -- Order is returned to us by a
possible address error.
- Credit card declined -- We have problem with your
credit card. Please contact us

Are DVD region coded?
Unless noted , all DVDs are code free that can
be play on any DVD players regardless of their regions. We will confirm if a region coded
title is ordered. All DVDs are playable on American DVD players.

Why Can't I connect to
Secure server?
Our Secure Server requires a 128 bit Encryption compatible browser in order
to use it. Some early versions of Internet Explorer (40 bit or 56 bit) unable to step up to 128 bit when
setting up an SSL session with the Apache due to a bug in the browser.
We suggest you upgrade your browser to a latest 128 bit version or do the
following:
- Disable SSL SSLv3.0 Protocol and use SSLv2.0 instead
If you access the internet via a network behind a firewall / Proxy,
please consult with the network administrator.

How Can I read Chinese on the Web ?
A Chinese decoder must be installed in order to read Chinese on the web. Download a
shareware version Njstar at NJStar Chinese Software . Our pages are
encoded with big 5 character set. Please try to select big 5 character if your
browser does not display our page properly. Microsoft Internet Explorer will
prompt for install a proper character set if auto language is installed and
enabled. Choose download option to download and install the proper characters.
