Ken, an experience and disinterested cop, lived with his ten-year-old son. Fatty, a nice pickpocket who got an old mother, a wife and a hardworking son. Fatty lied to his family that he was working in the factory.
The story began at one day when Fatty and his partner, Wah stole Ken's wallet. During the investigation, Ken found that Fatty's son and his son were classmates and Ken felt quite sympathy for Fatty's situation.
Fatty's mother was injured in an accident. In order to procure medical fees, Fatty decided to make a robbery with Wah and some other people. However, he was recognized by the police through the closed circuit TV.
Fatty went to the hospital to visit mother before his escape but was found by Ken. Ken clasped for an arrested Fatty. Upon learning the reasons, Fatty's family forgave him and Fatty finally understood that he was guilty to be punished.
