The story is a familiar Tsukamoto motif: two men in a lethal battle over a woman. Sutekichi, the prodigal son, returns to wreak his revenge on a brother who is unaware of his very existence. Yukio, the privileged son, has his life turned upside down by a mysterious assailant-with his own face. The twins love the same woman, Rin, a beautiful amnesiac who is both a hoodlum's moll and a doctor's wife.
