Tang Lung arrives in Rome to help a friend Chen Ching-Hua. She has threatened by local gangsters who want to takeover her restaurant. After Tang's arrival, the gangsters appears at the restaurant demands Chen signover the deed to the restaurant. That eveing the gangsters return to the restaurant for a reply and Tang challengers them and defeats them in and excellent show of his fighting skills. But uncle Wang, the restaurant cashier, warns them not to play up the incident or raise their hopes too high. The mastermind of the gang orders Tang's assassinations. While Tang is chasing the gun-men, Chen is kidnapped by the gang and force her to sign over the deed. Tang storm the gang's stronghold and rescue Chen. The gang leader hires an international Karate champion from the United States in a last attempt to kill Tang. Tang meets the American in the coliseum and like gladiators they fight to the death. Tang learns that Uncle Wang had been working for the gang's mastermind who was aiming at Ting.
