Special Duties Unit Officer Chung (Jackie Lui) was wounded in an operation and was transferred to Peng Chau to nurse his injury. He was very annoyed by the laziness of his new partners Kei (Li Lung Kay), Wai (Edward Mok) and Fai (Tseung Hak) in Peng Chau. He also clashed with villagers and could not fit in.
