Undercover cop Yin (Julian Cheung) is the right-hand man of mob boss Sung (Yuen Wah), while inspector Chung (Wong Hei) is the star of the police force, determined to bring Song to justice. Fighting for the same cause from different sides of the law, Yin and Chung often bump heads in the course of action.
