Sumire is a young girl that has the ability to see viruses - mysterious demons that eat away at human souls. Because of this gift, a lolita-dressed girl named Lucia asks Sumire to assist her in exterminating viruses. Unfortunately, Sumire is pretty much a normal girl that has no combat skills or bravery to fight. She drags Lucia behind when exterminating the virus bodies. But when Lucia shoots Sumire with a virus-antibody, Sumire responds to this antibody with great strength and incredible skills in battle. While this results in successful extermination of the viruses, this reaction is a double-edged sword.
