Based on a real-life incident from 1980s Korea, Ji Kang-heon saw how his good friend Joo-hwan was shot to die in a demonstration against the Korea Gov. In a latter time, while Kan-heong was in prison, he found out that An-seok, the new prison in charge was the guy who killed his best friend.
