A Serial killer stalks the streets of a Southern Chinese town, and Canton's greatest king fu master, Wong Fei-hung (Kwan Takhing ), is on his trail, He's both aided, and obstructed by his student Lian (Leung Kar-yan ) and Liang's best friend, Mousy ( Yuen Biao ).
