Shing and Betty want to find money to pay back the loan shark. They break into a house and prepare to steal the valuable items in it. Bill, who also owes debts to the loan shark, happens to be in house. He pretends to be the owner, because he thinks Shing is a wealthy man that he could cheat him for money. Eventually, they find out each other's real identity and cooperate to set plans and trap the loan shark.
