The setting is 1939, the eve of World War II, the German war machine is eager to get its hands on the formula for nuclear weapon, a missile devised by a Jewish scientist. Hong Kong based private eye Yoyo ( George Lam ) is gibven the task of ensuring that the formula is delivered to the Americans instead. the information falls into the hands of the corrupt local police chief, who plans to sell it to the Japanese. Yoyo enlists the help o his friend, Inspector Robin ( Teddy Robin), to retrieve it, the stage is set for lunatic espionage adventure as the Gestapo, Japanese spies, a lady in black and our tow bumbling heroes collide in the wild east.
